Owner

Brittany Lasorella, LISW-S

I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in the treatment of OCD, PTSD, depression, and complex developmental trauma. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by current research in anxiety, trauma recovery, and compulsive behaviors.

I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing; and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to increase psychological flexibility and values-driven behavior. Treatment is individualized and integrates strengths-based interventions to support measurable, sustainable progress.

My approach balances clinical rigor with authenticity, helping clients build insight, reduce avoidance patterns, and develop practical skills for long-term emotional resilience. I work collaboratively with clients to establish clear goals and track progress over time.

I understand that selecting a therapist is an important decision. I am always happy to receive inquiries to determine whether my approach aligns with your needs.
